RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND


If you change your mind or have purchased the wrong size, which we know can happen, you may be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Credit within 30 days of purchase.

If we are not notified or your item is not returned within 30 days of your purchase date - then your items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

All Returned Postage is at the cost of the Sender.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be Unused, in Original Packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Items WILL NOT be Refunded, Exchanged or Credited if:

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Full Priced Items

Your options are:

  • Refund: If your order was eligible for Free Shipping, then your refund will also be less our $8.95 Shipping Fee. 
  • Exchange: Items can be exchange to the value of the Total Cost + $8.95 shipping fee will apply to have the items reposted back to you. You will not be eligible for Free Postage on your returned order.
  • Credit: A Store Credit will be issued for the Total Cost less $8.95 Shipping Fee (ONLY if your Original Order qualified for our Free Shipping). Store Credit is valid for 12 months. A Credit Code will be emailed out to you.

 

Sale Items

Your options are:

  • Refund: Any sale items cannot be issued with a refund. 
  • Exchange: Sale Items can be exchange to the value of the Total Cost at the time purchased+ $8.95 shipping fee will apply to have the items reposted back to you. You will not be eligible for Free Postage on your returned order.
  • Credit: A Store Credit will be issued for the Total Cost less $8.95 Shipping Fee (ONLY if your Original Order qualified for our Free Shipping). Store Credit is valid for 12 months. A Credit Code will be emailed out to you.

    RETURNS - FAULTY ITEMS

    If you have received your item and it is Faulty, then we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

    All Faulty Items do need to be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

    Please click here and provide us with your Order Number, the item is faulty, and the fault on the item - please also include photos.
